“ A treasure just 15 minutes from Trento. An intimate epicurean adventure and a menu clearly made with love and care. Sourdough based bread, pizza crust and pasta. The beef carpaccio was so unique and flavor packed. The pizza airy and chewy in all the right places with the freshest of ingredients. The pasta with fermented garlic and the pasta stuffed with local shrimp topped off a wonderful meal. Meanwhile, the deconstructed tiramisu was life changing. One of the best meals we’ve had in all of northern Italy! ”

We loved the spareribs, how you can make them not as a barbecue style from the grill, but as very fine cuisine.
